A monthly somatic awareness and creative arts based group for LGBTQ+ Teens and Allies. You are welcome, accepted and supported as you are, with no need to describe or defend ~simply be how and whatever that looks like

the labyrinth circle
A guided, intentional labyrinth walk -- one at a time, at your own sacred pace with quiet space for deep inner listening and grounded meditation. You are invited to stay in this sacred space and capture the insights, emotions, and ideas that rise during your walk through creative expression ~journaling, painting or mandala work.
This supportive, nurturing atmosphere where introspection, curiosity, and gentle self-exploration are encouraged is yours. Book your individual time slot and enjoy this transformative experience. $50 investment, all materials provided.
Identifying your core values
As we traverse through life, certain moments resonate with us, too often however, we don’t make the time to look at why. Our Core Values are the fundamental beliefs and guiding principles that direct our actions and choices in life. You will learn to identify the values that uniquely belong to you, transition through ~into ownership and agency with visualization and connect to your personal wisdom. This will help inform future decisions and rebuild your sense of inner knowing . Two hour workshop $40 all supplies included

A gentle, beginner-friendly, trauma-sensitive workshop that invites you to explore those layers through creative expression. No artistic experience necessary. No pressure to perform. Just you, some materials, and whatever is moving through you right now.
You will be guided through a grounding activity to settle in, a simple collage demonstration, and then time to create intuitively -- layering images and textures in a way that is less about making something pretty and more about making something honest. There will be space to process what emerges, both within yourself and gently within the group if you choose. This is a playful experience to let loose and discover what is between the layers of your life. $55 per person

Are you ready to see your spiritual support system in a whole new light?
Intuitive Illustration: Christina works in a brief meditative state, using charcoal and mixed media to "capture" the energy of those in Spirit who wish to contact you
Visual Evidence: Watch as random marks transform into recognizable figures, guides, and symbols.
Intuitive Integration: Once the drawing is complete, Christina shares her clairsentient impressions of the energy that moved through her.
A Spirit Art Reading offers you the chance to connect to your spiritual team, those that support and guide you with the gentle nudges. Christina will connect to your guides through a meditative state and draw them intuitively for you to witness and feel witnessed.

For those ready to go deeper, Coaching Intensives are focused, immersive containers for real transformation — dedicated time and space to move through what's ready to shift. Each intensive is built on the three pillars of this work: Safety, Surrender, and Love. Choose the depth that matches where you are, or begin with a consult and we'll find it together.
Creative Mentoring is ongoing, relational support for the creative and quirky souls ready to build a more authentic life — one rooted in felt sense, self-trust, and expression. This isn't a single session; it's a relationship, built over time, that holds you as you come home to yourself.
