The Unfolding

For the person already in motion — the life transition is underway, and what's needed now is sustained support to move through it with grace instead of white-knuckling to the other side. The Unfolding is a mid-length container for steady, embodied change.

Full day 6-7 hour~$850

The Immersion

The deepest container we offer. The Immersion is for those ready to fully surrender to the process — a comprehensive, extended journey through Safety, Surrender, and Love, held with the highest level of support and continuity.

~Creative Mentorship~

Creative Mentoring is ongoing, relational support for the creative and quirky souls ready to build a more authentic life — one rooted in felt sense, self-trust, and expression. This isn't a single session; it's a relationship, built over time, that holds you as you come home to yourself.

3-Month Mentoring

A focused season of support — enough time to build real momentum, establish new patterns of self-awareness, and start living from your felt sense rather than your obligations. Best for a defined goal or a specific season of change.

The Ongoing Container

— 4 x 60-minute sessions per month (video or in-person)
— Weekday messaging for between-session check-ins (M–Th, 9–5, 24hr response)
— 2 personalized creative prompts or somatic practices sent each month
— Monthly intention-setting to open each new container
— End-of-month integration reflection from me

6-Month Mentoring

A fuller arc of transformation. Six months allows the deeper layers to surface and integrate — enough time to move through resistance, meet what's underneath it, and rebuild your life with greater clarity and freedom on the other side. Best for those ready to commit to lasting change.

Creative mentorship is: skill-forward, process-forward, and craft-forward — less about life transition and more about:

• Developing a creative practice or body of work

• Finding and trusting an artistic voice

• Moving through creative blocks, fear, perfectionism

• Accountability around making

• Your specific lens: somatic awareness, expressive arts, felt sense as creative compass

standalone monthly rate: $650–$750/month

6-month rate: $575/month — paid in full: $3,150

What the 6-Month Container Includes:

Bi-weekly 60-minute mentorship sessions (12 sessions total)

One creative focus thread established at the start — a body of work, a practice, a project — so the container has direction and coherence.

Monthly creative review — you share what you have made, and receive a written reflection, related to your focus with objective perspective and items to consider

2 somatic/expressive prompts per month tailored to where you are in their creative process.

A mid-point check-in session (month 3) to assess, redirect, and recommit -with documentation

A closing integration session at month 6 — looking at the arc, naming growth, deciding what's next.
